NO2 Supplement Review
I was very eager to try this product when it first came
out. So I shelled out 60 bucks and bought a bottle of NO2.
Big mistake. I followed the directions to a T. Nothing happened.
I recieved no physical benefits from this prodct at all.
There was no perpetual pump, no strength increase, no extra
stamina, and no muscle size increase. These Nitric Oxide
products will be on shelves collecting dust, rite next to
those Ecdysterone and Methoxy supplements that have failed
to deliver results.

If ur thinking about going that route, go for NITRIX...I've
been using it for about 9 days and Im already noticeably
more pumped and there are some positive side effects such
as increase in the size of one's "magic stick"...Strength
is fairly consistent but I've gained 2-3 lbs of muscle

i'm actually pleased with the product-been on it for about
a month and a half, expensive but pleased. Im stacking it
with a high concentrate of creatine. 4 in the am...work
out, go to work....4 when i get home...work out...coworkers
have noticed a more "bulkier" me (and they dont
know i started something different)...I, and my wife, have
both noticed....ummm other changes in me also on top of
those 16 pills (counting creatine there not N2O alone) i
pop a day, i also started taking xendrine efx..jury is still
out on this stuff.

no2 supplement review I think the product
is not marketed well. full explanations of what it is and
what it does are either nonexistent greatly exadurated.
yea I shelled out the 80 bucks and tried it, went through
the entire bottle and found very little benefit. at least
that what I thought until about a week of not taking it
.see, toward the end of the three weeks. my muscles ,especially
my arms always seemed flexed and rock hard.I have been training
harder lately and thought that was the explanation.but with
out no2 they feel match less full almost mushy in comparison.
don't want to west your cash on marketing. go to a health
food store buy arginine, take 6000 mg per day divided doses
on an empty stomach.and lysine 1500mg the same way.

NOx2 Supplement Review
My experience with No2 and Nox2 has been
mixed. My brother has been taking the No2 and the results
showed in only about ten days. His arms looked huge. I tried
it and noticed some 'pump' in my arms and chest in about
two weeks. The veins in my arms were out all over the place.
I did feel more solid at about the three week point. I then
ditched the No2 and tried the Nox2 (money reasons). I have
been taking it now for about ten days now and have not noticed
much...Will check back in a write some more after one month.

I tried NO2 recommended to me by a bodybuilding
friend even before you saw
the big advertising explosion for it and well before the
other supplement
companies joined the band wagon. I would tell anyone to
give it a try. I
saw results of size and pump within 3 days. I didn't see
the perpetual
pump however but am a believer in the stuff now and will
use again. I
combined it with CellTech except for the pause which it
recommends when you
start NO2.
The two together helped me go from 225
to 242lbs give or take a
couple depending on the time of day I weighed in (over 2
months). Also a
side not that I'm not the body type that puts on water weight
with creatine
so most of that was muscle, and my bench and squat definitely
showed it!
The reason I checked out this site is to see if anyone has
had luck with
other NO2 type products and what they have seen for results.
Good Luck
All!

I started No2 about 2 weeks ago...I was
starting to feel something until one day I get a perpetual
pump in my brain. It hurt for about an hour so I just continued
working out. 2 days later I'm doing military press and a
huge burst of blood just rushes into my head and stays there
for almost the whole day. I lost conciousness in there for
about a minute then I didn't know where I was for about
15 minutes. All day I had intense pain in my head and that
never happened before in my 2 years of training really hard
with weights. Only when I started No2...I dunno, I never
really found what No2 benefits you with because I'm seriously
too scared to continue taking it unless I want another migraine.

I would like to comment on NO2 for a moment. And notice
that I have not said NOx2. I have been taking NO2 for just
about 2 weeks now and I do not have one bad thing to say
about it. I can not believe the extra strength and muscle
that I have gained in these few weeks. I actually lost about
4 inches in my waist, but I have not lost a single pound
according to the scale. So common sense would tell you that
the fat that I have lost was gained in muscle. Also I have
been able to add up to an additional 2 exersices to my routine.
Usually I do about 6 different exercises, 4 sets each giving
me a total of 24 sets. Sense taking NO2 I have added TWO
additional exersices to my routine equaling 32 sets. I could
care less who believes whether this stuff works or not because
I have found out first hand that it does, and I will continue
to use it until I get to the point that I want. I have to
say that you must stick to everything that it suggests,
but to me ! that was a small price to pay. It may be expensive
but you can get it online for the same price but you get
90 pills free, so really its not all that expensive. My
final thoughts are this.... If you are willing to pay for
the NO2 and the additional supplements and follow the program
to a T it is well worth the money that it costs to get started.
Thanks for your time,
Steve
I have been taking NO2 for almost four weeks now. I read
the book, and have been following the directions precisely.
Eight pills per day - 4 in the morning, 4 in the afternoon
- taken at least 30 minutes before or after eating. I have
been drinking the alotted amount of water, which I found
to be a task in itself, and following their workout program,
taking into account the tempo and all. And the results.....
Absolutely nothing! Zero. Needless to say, I would not recommend
this supplement to anyone.
However, the book is worth a read-through. It Contains
a lot of useful info if, in fact, this info is actually
true; who the hell knows what is right and what is wrong
out there?

NO2 drastically changed the look of my musculature in less
than 3 weeks. I did not gain 10 lbs. as promised, only 2
or 3, but every muscle is fuller, more pumped and more defined.
I am extremely jazzed about this stuff. I have a competitive-quality
physique and have weight-trained since I was 12. In the
past twenty years I have trained seriously, and nothing
has ever made such a positive or dramatic change in my body
as the NO2 has.
I am troubled that NO2 was sold to GNC Stores in November
2002. Always a bad sign when a conglomerate takes over,
as quality almost always suffers so they can recoup their
initial outlay. However, with so many new companies jumping
on the NO2 bandwagon, quality should improve and the prices
should some down. My plan is to switch to NOX2 when my NO2
supply is gone, and see how that works.

NO2 IS FANTASTIC! I went from 205 pds to 226 pounds in
2 months. My bench press went from 210 pds to over 305 in
that time frame. My typical workout would include 3 weight
training workouts a week and two days of cardio. I also
had protein shakes and mega men multis from GNC. I can now
curl 60's from 35 on my biceps. I dont know if my results
are typical but I feel great and I also dropped 3 minutes
off of my 2 mile run. I am in the military and it helped
me pass my pt test. My two mile run is now 13:30. Not to
bad. It worked for me but everybody is a little different.
I recommend trying different supplementes and seeing how
your body responds to them. Go with the one that works.

I have always been an athletic built guy but could never
really get cut up just always meaty. Well when I was talking
with a guy at the gym about never being able to get cut
up he told me take NO2 and L-Glutamine, so at the time I
didnt have enough money for both so I just got the NO2.
Well needless to say I started taking it the very next day
to start the cycle, and starting out I was benching around
80-85 dumb bell press, by the time that months cyle was
up I was benching 110-115 dumb bell press and noticed more
def. than I have ever had. I loved the product and just
bought two more bottles!

when i took the no2 pill back in dec. of last year i lost
about 23lbs in one month! intentionaly thats what i was
trying to do was to lose weight...and it worked out fine
the only side effect i had was going to the bathroom all
the time to pee but its only because you have to drink atleast
62-64oz. of water DAILY only for like one week or so i experienced
that then after it stoped and i continued to lose weight
and saw the increase of the so called "perpetual pump"

I have been using NO2 for the last 2 months and have gained
13 lbs. I never get too sore or tight after a good hard
workout even on legs since I've started using it. Just recently
I have stacked it with Methoxy Pro adavance and couldn't
be happier with it. I can go through 5 sets of heavy bench,
5 sets of clean and presses, 5 sets of heavy shrugs, 5 sets
of dead lift, and 5 sets of cheating heavy upright rows
and I feeel great during, after, and the next day. I also
use Muscle milk which is also a great product.
chris
i tried the NO2 several months ago. the results that i
have seen are excellent. i weigh over 200 lbs so a bottle
only lasts me 18 days. i went through 2 bottles and in those
5 weeks i put in 14 lbs of lean mass without creatine and
dropped about 6% body fat. The only other stuff i was on
at the time is whey and glutamine. i definietly recomend
this to anyone and i know i will certainly use it again...

Hi my name is kevin.. I have been taking NO2 for 3 weeks,
and I Can see good results.. I here everybody on here talking
bad about the product, But let me tell you something. If
you think 64 ounces of water a day is a task! haha thats
nothing! If you work out everyday or 5 days a week you should
know that you drink about that much at the GYM. I can work
out longer and harder taking this stuff. I have gained atleast
3 pounds of muscle!!! I would recomend this product to anybody!!!
Kevin
I have been using BSN's NITRIX for about 2 months (it's
cheaper). I have experienced the following:
-no negative side effects (no headaches or gastic problems)
-weight gain of 5 pounds (and I'm a "hard-gainer")
-50#'s on my max bench press
-20#'s on my overhead DB "Arnold" press
-20#'s on my bar curl
-my muscles feel fuller and harder (not bloated like with
creatine)
The first 3-4 weeks, I felt the "all-day" pump
(realistically about 5-7 hours during the day). I only feel
the "pump" for a few short hours now. I just turned
55 and feel great. I have made better gains with this than
creatine (creatine give almost everybody gastric "GAS").

I was reading your NO2
article. I have been using NO2 for close to 6 months.
This has been the best supplement that I have ever used,
next to steroids. I have actually gotten better gains off
of this supplement than any other supplement I have tried
by far.
I enjoyed your article and hope this helps in your studies.

I have been actively working out for approximately 7 years.
I am in peak physical condition; 8 pack abs, 4% body fat
etc. I have been taking NO2 for 2 months now and In my opinion
it is not worth the money. I think this stuff is taking
credit for the diet it recomends. I didnt use the book,
I glanced through it and its diet seemed to be pretty common
sence. High protein, moderate carbs, lots of water etc...
This drug is simply playing peoples want to get better looking
and using a diet along with its placebo like pills to make
people believe their drug works. When in fact it is the
diet that is working. I myself take in about a gallon or
more of water a day and Lots of protein. I work out 4 times
a week and do cardio once. Ditch the drug, keep the diet,
you'll get the same result and save yourself some money.

i think no2 is great. my advice is buy it. all these people
that dont see any gains must not be lifting hard enough
because i have had huge gains in 4 weeks. my bench went
from 260 to 300 and i gained over half an inch on my arms.
the pump is amazing and i noticed how much harder i pushed
it in the gym. i also noticed a 10 pound gain in weight.
i just take this with juiced protein, aminos, and enough
water.

I started taking NO2 three months ago after completing
the Body for Life program. I had lost a substansial amount
of fat and some strength too. I noticed the "pumps"
after 5 days and my strength increased and I recooped after
an excercise much quicker. I have gained 5 lbs of lean muscle
mass without expanding my weight. I read the book and followed
the steps to a tee. I do not show gains very quickly on
any program or supplement but I have seen gains on NO2.
My chest has increased from 40" to 43" in two
months and for the first time my muscles are defined. It
works for me, I am thinking about giving the NOx2 out because
of the cost savings.

I just wanted to let you know (if it helps...) that I have
been taking NO2 for about 1/2 a bottle. I've also been taking
1/2 the recommended dose (4 pills a day) I was 212 when
I started taking it and now I'm 217 and my wife says "it's
not fat". So it must be lean muscle mass gains. I have
noticed that my muscles seem harder or more firm since I
started taking it. So far I'm happy. I seem to have gotten
a little bit bigger and have a little more depth to my muscles.
However, have you heard about increased soreness using this
stuff? Normally after a workout I'm sore for one, maybe
2 days. After taking NO2 I'm sore for 4-5 days. I have no
idea why, but it sure it true.
Hope that little bit of input helps. I plan on using 2 bottles
and then evaluating the results. I can let you know if you
like...
Sincerely,
Ryan Beck
I got really excited about taking NO2, and wasn't let down.
I've taken 2 180pill bottles of it, with about a 3 month
separation in between. When I'd get into the gym and do
my first set or two I would feel my temples start to swell
and my eyes go somewhat bloodshot. I would come home afterwards
and feel ready to go right back to the gym and do another
muscle group. NO DOUBT I had substantial strength &
mass gains (More strength than mass, although I didn't really
keep track of actual amounts). This product was more effective
for me than creatine. The best part about it, as opposed
to creatine, is once you go off it you don't lose half of
everything you've gained. I kept over 90% of my gains.
Some side effects/downsides. I'm pretty sure this raised
my blood pressure, although I didn't check all that frequently
and it's possible that a raise in blood pressure was due
to other reasons than NO2. Other than that, no real side
effect while on NO2. However, after going off it the second
time, I did experience some problems. First of all, I was
somewhat sluggish in the gym. That could be psychological
due to not having that pump; my friends experienced this
too. Also, for about 2 weeks after stopping it I would get
pretty bad headaches right on the front of my head, to the
point where it would hurt to move my eyes very far in any
direction. On top of that I would wake up on a nightly basis
in cold sweats. While I have no proof to attribute any of
this directly to withdrawal from NO2, I feel it is highly
coincidental due to the timing of the incidences. Also,
if I consider that the product dilates my blood vessels,
withdrawal from product may lead to lack of sufficient blood
flow (explaining sluggish subsequent gym performance, as
well as blood flow to brain/headaches). I'm not sure if
these negative experiences will keep me away from using
NO2 once again, and certainly not everyone goes through
these same symptoms, but people might wish to be aware.
If I do take NO2 again, I plan on weaning myself off of
it by reducing the dosage over probably 1.5 weeks.
Just as there have been no conclusive studies on its effectiveness,
there are also no studies guaranteeing no negative long-term
health impacts. From my personal experience, the claims
it makes are true, but be careful of side effects.

I have read up on a lot of the hype of NO2. Personally
I have been into weight training for a good six years. However,
playing baseball for most of that time I didn’t get
into heavy lifting until about two years ago, when I ended
my playing career. I have taken creatine supplements (mainly
Muscletech’s Cell-Tech) and watched other friends
and peers taking it as well. I observed some gains, while
some friends around experienced bigger gains, and others
didn’t gain much at all. After continuing to read
opinions and studies, I have come to realize that everyone
is different.
Some guys are just genetically able to build up easier
than others, as well as build up on supplements more effectively
than others. I’m one of those guys not particularly
blessed with the “muscle-building” gene, however
working hard for the last two years has given me pleasing
results, (weight increase from 185lbs. to 220lbs.). Since
reading about this NO2 I’ve come to realize that it’s
the creatine story all over again. Some people naturally
will be able bulk up from it and some people will not. I’ve
been able to build up with the help of creatine and some
other supplements, but the main supplement that works is
in fact dedication and determination. As long as you stay
committed with a sensible diet, you should be able to get
where you want, and if these supplements help motivate you
to get to the gym, then give it a try. Just don’t
quit working out because you don’t gain 47lbs in a
week on NO2 or whatever you try. Stay motivated,
Jay
I started NO2 program a month ago. After 10 days of taking
the recommended rates, I formed a severe pain in my upper
stomach (similar to swallowing a pill and it getting stuck
in your esophagus- but the pain was all the time). The pain
mainly occurred while eating. Many people told me it may
be acid reflux in which I immediately stopped the NO2 program
for 4 days.
After that, I began the NO2 program and yet again after
13 days the severe pain came back. I have again stopped
taking NO2 and now it's been 3 days and the pain is starting
to go away.
With this, I did a little research on acid reflux and NO2
for which I found that there may be a correlation in some
instances. You can find the research at:
http://www.gastrojournal.org/scripts/om.dll/serve?article=a0050201518&nav=full
NO2 claims that there are no side-effects to taking excessive
amounts of Agrine (or NO2), but with everything in life,
anything in excess is usually not good and may affect only
certain people. I find it simply not worth the cost nor
pain.

I have used NO2 for two years and see results: 1) it doesn't
leave me bloated like creatine 2) if consumed with lots
of water, you get the pump and it last for 2-3 hours after
a workout
I could never use creatine b/c of stomach problems and
hate the feeling of retaining water. With No2, I saw an
increase in strength and muscle fullness, not actual weight
loss though. One side effect for me is that NO2 ceates such
a hard and full pump that I'm at a level of exhaustion in
half the time vs working out w/o NO2.
Russ
I started taking some NO2 about 2 weeks ago after a friend
recommended it to me. I have nothing bad to day about it,
only good things. I started noticing bigger pumps in just
5-6 days and the perpetual pump gives you a good feeling
too. I also bought the book and I would recommend buying
that also (1 dollar) and it takes through EVERYTHING that
you have to do to get maximum results with NO2. I would
recommend this to anyone looking to build some serious muscle
and loose some weight (lost 2 inches in waist in 3 days).

While the only place you can get the original MRI No2 is
at GNC for a hefty price, you can get the same NO2 Supplements
from other manufactuers for much cheaper.
