Creatine Powder User Review
I gained alot the first time I took it. Now I take cell-tech,
and It doesn't make gain tons od weight really fast anymore
but it keeps me from getting sore the next day. I switched
to creatine fizz fuel and it didn't work as well, so I guess
all that dextrose in the cell-tech is important, which sucks
cuz the fizz fuel tastes waaaaay better and costs the same.

Creatine Powder Review
I had quite a bad experience with creatine. It seems the
recommanded dosage for the loading phase varies for everyone.
During the loading phase, I was bothered by nausea, diarrhea,
gas and pain in the kidneys after I consume the product
(5g/day). Some companies actually recommand 15 grams per
day. I weight only 135 lb, and 5 grams of this poweder almost
knock me out with agony. So I can't imagine what 15 grams
would do. But after I lowered my consumption to 2.5 grams/day
(1 tea spoon), and maintain this intake for the loading
and maintainence phase, I was doing better.
I didn't lift heavier weight because I'm always bothered
by rotator cuff problems, but I did manage to train longer,
and I was very puffed up.
I recommand consumption of no more than 2.5 grams/day in
ANY phase for people under 150lb. If during the first three
days, you're not experiencing any side effects, then increase
the intake to 2 x 2.5g/day for the rest of the loading phase.
Don't act macho with this drug, remember, it's your kidney/liver.
Better becareful with this.
Also, I recommand blending the powder with juice in a blender.
I seem to have less problem with creatine when it's properly
blended.
So, good luck to you all.

Creatine Powder Feedback
Creatine Powder does have a good effect on people, as well
as myself. I took a lot of brands during my high school
years, and I found that pure creatine monohydrate worked
the best. Lot of people say that Celltech is the best kind,
however I didn't notice much gains off it, not to mention
the extra flab i got around my waistline . I personally
think its best to mix pure creatine with grape juice, and
just chug it as soon as you mix it up.

Creatine Monohydrate User Review
In the middle of my cycle right now but I just finished
loading with creatine monohydrate. I took 20 grams daily
for five days and didn't have any side effects. I'm feeling
great right now. I'll post my progress when I'm done with
my cycle. I'm currently taking 10grams a day before and
after workout.

Jim's Creatine Experiences
On my very first creatine cycle, I put on a little over
10lbs. A little of it is water weight, so after my cycle
finished I lost 2 or 3 lbs, which is just the water weight,
but the muscle gains and strength gains stays. Many years
later, I'm on my (lost count) cycle of creatine, and on
my current cycle of first week of bulking , and put on 5lbs.
Creatine works great for energy and endurance boosts.
