This product is misleading after taking a minimum of 2 pills a day for 1 week I ended up in the hospital with high blood preasure and trouble breathing it was really scary. The doctor even told me this a unsafe product. I lost 10 pound in 1 week I thought the result was good at first till I started having trouble breathing. I am now left with depression and anxiety over having to gain weight again. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy this product. I have medical records for proof. I am so depressed now that I cannot even exercise and am frustrated what to do next. I was trying to gain a little self-esteem but found myself worse. I am 29 yrs old.
