Xenadrine EFX user review
I hate to be redundant, but an earlier post is better suited
here!
I have only tried Xenadrine EFX, as it is ephedrine free.
Seems to me I was reading a review where it rated slightly
higher than the regular formula.
I have been trying to lose and it has helped. It really
gave me a BIG energy boost in the beginning, especially
the first day. I felt like I could have gone on forever!
Of course, I have also been big on cardio, using a heart
rate monitor to keep me in my zone.
I have lost 15 pounds in around 7 weeks.

Xenadrine EFX and Xenadrine RFA-1
feedback
Feedback for Jim....
I have tried both Xenadrine RFA and Xenadrine EFX. Here's
my experience....
Xenadrine RFA-1: Last spring I used the RFA version. I
had to take half the dosage for my size. It worked pretty
well. I am a runner and bodybuilder (unusual huh . I lost
about 6 lbs overall in about 2-3 months (this I feel was
a realistic weight loss acheivement and not just water loss).
At 5'4" I went from 120 down to 114lbs. Couldn't lose
any more than that. It seemed to lose its effectiveness
after a while. I think my body got used to it and after
a while is not as effective. The key is to take breaks from
it (and certianly don;t stay on it too long at a given time).
But... my weight lifting workouts and running were awesome!
I felt great and no side effects duiring the time I took
it. In fact, the benefits were a great burst of energy and
clear head! I did stop taking it after I hit 114 lbs.
Xenadrine EFX: I decided recently to try this instead of
Xenadrine RFX because of all the bad press regarding the
safety of ephedra. VERY disappointed so far in terms of
side effects! I have been taking this product just recently.
Started 10 days ago. BUYER BEWARE! Just because its ephedra-free
doesn't mean it won't have side effects. I am taking half
the dosage (1 pill morning, 1 afternoon) and it makes me
dizzy and gives me a stomach ache! Yes, I'm taking with
water and drinking plenty. Haven't lost even a 1/2 pound,
no energy burst. I just feel sick! I question whether this
product is any safer than Xenadrine RFA! I can't really
comment on the overall results for weight loss since I will
have to discontinue the use of it!

Xenadrine EFX Review
I've been using the EFX version for about ten weeks and
decided to take the month of Feb to take a break.
Someone posted having stomach issues, I also experienced
this when drinking the pills with water. To remedy this,
I use half a cup of milk and that took care of it.
My reactions to the supplement:
I did not notice a heart rate issue
I did not feel a surge or boost of energy
I lost 10 pounds during this time frame, I also take a protein
supplement as-well. I'm sure it has contributed.
It definitely curbed my appetite
Being off of it I tend to slip once in awhile regarding
forbidden snacks Taking a break off the pills imo is considered
a good thing to see how my body reacts. I'll probably start
them again after my five week brake.

Xenadrine EFX and Xenadrine
RFA-1 feedback
My experience with Xenadrine:
Xenadrine RFA: The first time I took this (two pills),
I felt like I could do anything. The feeling was a tingling
sensation throughout the body (ephedra kicking in)...very
similar to taking ecstacy pills. My adrenaline was in full
gear and I did not want to stop lifting. My heart was racing
very fast. The caffein rush kept me from sleeping most nights.
I felt the ephedra was too strong so I took only one per
day. Overall, I like it...except for the caffein thing.
I'm probably sensitive to this stuff since I don't drink
coffee or sodas.
Xenadrine EFX: After trying this out (two pills), the ecstacy
feeling was not there (no ephedra)...my heart was still
racing fast. The adrenaline rush was half there. And the
caffein still kept me up at night. I have to say this Xenadrine
version did not meet my expectation as it did with the previous
version. Overall, I will stick with Xenadrine RFA.

Xenadine EFX diet pill feed back
I want to say that I only took
ONE EFX pill, it made me jittery and nervous. It made me
feel like I could jump out of my skin. I wasnt hungry though.
It took my body 2 days to get over the feeling. I called
Cytodyne to see if what I was experiencing was normal. She
said NO, and that I was have some sort of allergic reaction
because xenadrine only stays in your body for 24 hours and
that I should return the bottle to where it was purchased
from, which I did. I had a pounding headache for 2 days
after taking it too.
If you can deal with the nervous feeling,
trust me its NOT a good feeling, it flows over you like
a tide, at its low point you feel nearly normal, but when
the next wave hits, you cant stand or sit or even think
straight. I have read where some people cant take it and
work. I see why. xenadrine IS NOT for everyone no matter
what form you buy.

Xenadrine EFX User Review
I have tried many "Fat Burners"
out there over the past few years and finally hit upon Xenadrine
EFX. I've only taken it for 3 days, only long enough to
notice I don't have the side effects the others gave me
which were jitters, anxiety, moodiness, sleeplessness etc.
I noticed right away a decrease in appetite, which I needed.
I noticed an increase in mood and energy which I needed
also because with today's world and stress, who doesn't
need that!! :) Anyway, I plan to continue taking it and
see how it does with actual weight loss, I only have about
15-20 lbs to lose (three days isn't enough to tell). And
yes, I found this
article very helpful and I've forwarded it to a few
friends who I know were having the same trouble I was with
other products........anxiety etc.
Thank you,
Tracey
Xenadrine EFX Feedback
I just started taking Xenadrine EFX after I had thought
about it for a long time. I have never taken any sort of
supplement before, so I was a little nervous about what
to expect. I do feel nervous, and have had a bit of trouble
sleeping (but that is not uncommon for me). While exhausted
at work because of such little sleep, after taking the two
pills at lunchtime, I felt nervous, hyper and tired all
at the same time. It is only the second day though so I
am not giving up just yet. It has not been unbearable at
all, and though I might be kidding myself, it seems like
my stomach is even a little flatter! Seriously, I am the
first to admit that sounds ridiculous.
I have been working out very often for the past three months
but have not worked out while taking Xenadrine yet as I
haven't been able to fit it into my schedule, and I am kind
of trying to get used to the drug first before I try exerting
myself too much. I am very wary of taking Xenadrine on an
empty stomach, and always follow it with a small meal. My
appetite has gone down, though I don't usually have much
of one to begin with. My cravings though have also gone
down. I feel like it is making me tired, but I do know that
I haven't gotten much sleep since I started taking it. I
couldn't stop yawning today and the energy boost only lasted
about a half an hour.

Hello:
My weight had been stable for two years, but I wanted to
lose ten pounds or so, to be able to fit into a favorite
pair of jeans. I purchased Xenadrine, and followed the directions
faithfully.
Results: Month one: nausea, skin burning in sunlight, very
cranky; weight gain 1 lb. Month two: similar side effects,
plus shaking, trembling, inability to handle stress, and
weight gain four pounds.
I am now five pounds up and $50 down!
What a fraud. Save your money and avoid an unpleasant,
disappointing experience.

Xenadrine Feedback
First off, I love your website.
I just discovered it and have read almost every page. Fantastic
work!:)
I used xendadrine rfa-1. I'm a 39 year old woman weighing
140 lbs and wanted to lose 20, the weight I used to be 15
years old. I started with one tablet twice a day and quickly
found that was too much. I couldn't sit still, think straight,
and was only content doing something, walking, biking, cleaning
my house, some thing. I reduced my use to one tablet a day
and
felt better. But would get an upset stomach and I didn't
want to eat.
I could not eat or drink anything with caffeine because
I would feel the rush from the caffeine. I could sleep at
night but would have vivid dreams and find it hard to wake
up in the morning. After a couple of weeks, I noticed I
couldn't remember simple tasks like did I feed the dog or
walk into a room and forget what I was doing. Sometimes
I couldn't remember if I took my tablet in the morning.
It only increased my heartrate mininumally 10+ beats a minute
but I would definitely feel warmer. I did get increased
energy with one tablet but would get a headache by the afternoon.
I increased my water intake because I knew it has caffeine
which is a diuretic but I didn't feel a need for water.
After six weeks, I lost 11 pounds but stopped take it because
I began to feel very exhausted after the tablet wore off.
I did feel a sense of euphoria and would become chatting
shortly after take my tablet in the morning. I would feel
everything is good and happy and a deep sense of love for
my family and life. I took it during the fall when I usually
have allergies to leaf mold and develop asthma from it.
But when I was on xendadrine rfa-1, I didn't have an asthma
attack and it reduced my allergies to almost nothing. If
I worked out too hard, I would start to feel dizzy, so I
never overdid it. My exercise was walking the dog and riding
my bike. I was always aware of how I felt and cautious of
overexerting myself. I kept my heartrate in a moderate range.
I'm sure if I pushed myself, I would have lost more weight
but I was concerned about some of its side effects with
the heart.
It has been a year since that weight loss and have only
regained 3 pounds. I would like to start with xendadrine
rfa-1 again and I have about a quarter of a bottle left.
I'm not sure if the EFX formula would work as well. I've
read your articles as well as others and think I will give
it a try. I'll write back with my experience.

Hi!
I would like to give you me comments about Xenadrine EFX.
I was told by the company that I brought it from that on
average people loose about 10 Ib a month, well I used it
for a month and didn't even loose 1 Ib! I was very annoyed,
I would have been happy if I'd lost 1/2 a stone but sadly
nothing. So I think Xenadrine EFX is a waste of time.
