Trimspa Ephedra Free User Review
I have been taking trimspa for 1 week and have not noticed
any changes yet. I have been working out 4 times a week
with a personal trainer and my eating habits have gotten
better, but I have not lost a pound. I would only like to
loose ten pounds, but it is so discouraging to not have
lost even a pound in the 8 weeks I have seen working out.
I am trying the new Ephedra Free Trimspa, but haven't seen
a result yet. I am still just as hungry and I do not have
more energy. Once this bottle is gone I am going to try

I tried trimspa with no results what so ever. They advertise
with a 100% money back gaurantee but I returned mine over
a month ago and they never refunded me for the product and
I purchased a 3 month supply $297 worth. The entire experiance
has been a joke.

Here is my Trim-Spa review.
34 Years old. 6'3" tall and 321 pounds to start. Former
college football player. Big Frame.
I bought a 90 day supply of Trim-spa and started taking
it. I don't care for the 3-a-day pill requirement. I tend
to forget to ake the supp at the right times. Were many
days I only took 2 caps rather than 3.
In the span of the 4 months I was taking Trim-spa I lost
41 pounds. I was working out more also, but I noticed the
difference on my appitite. Much lower on Trim-spa. I also
started using myoplex-lite shakes for meal replacement.
Cycling off Trim-spa was a little rough. I came down HARD
when I ran out. I did not really notice any major side effects
after the first couple days of taking the supp. I did feel
a bit light headed a times and maybe a little "loopy"
but I think that is just the caffene.
I just ordered a 6 monthb supply. Going to start cutting
again on July 1.
I have not really changed anything the last month or so
other than not taking Trim-spa and I can tell a noticable
difference in my weight loss. It has slowed considerably.
This product worked for me. I recommed it.

Gotta tell you -- TrimSpa sucks big time.
I used it for 3 weeks -- faithfully. Eating healthy and
doing more exercise than I had ever before. First week,
I lost not 8 pounds, most of which was water weight since
I since my monthly cycle had just started. After 3 weeks
using the produce, I actually weighed 3 pounds more than
when I started. Don't like TrimSpa at all!

As a woman, I was looking for an easy
solution to losing the extra pounds I had gained with my
2 pregnancies. I'm a skeptic, but I figured TrimSpa is guarenteed
for 110%, so what did I have to lose but the weight. IT
WORKS!!! It decreased my appetite just enough for me to
lose the weight steadily and not too quickly. I always felt
good on it, I never had any side effects. After 3 months,
I have lost at least 20 pounds and feel wonderful. I even
bought a bikini this year!! Thanks to TrimSpa for the extra

I wish I could post pictures with this
email, just to validate my results for you all! I have lost
95 lbs on Trimspa. During my preganncy I became Eclamptic,
my kidneys failed and I balooned from a pre-baby 125 lb
fitness competitor to 220 lbs AFTER my son was born. I tried
so many pills and hated how jittery and sick they made me.
I tried TrimSpa and OMIGOSH! It is the wonder pill! I could
