Okay let's see if I can be precise : ) I went on this when
I was at my highest, which was 285. I know I know, how could
I let myself get that big. Long story, bad marriage, happy
divorce. Anyway, I had yo-yo'd quite extensively and was
pretty much at my wits end and joined a gym. One of the
guys at the gym owns a supplement store. He was rather nice
and not condescending and told me about Lipo6. So I went
in and bought the version with ephedra. I, so far, have
lost down to 245 in about a year. Of course, I attribute
it to not only Lipo 6, but exercising every morning at home
and going to the gym as often as possible at night and on
the weekends. I also changed my eating habits and you know
the drill.
Anyway, I took the original version for a while, with ephedra.
They told me at the store that it was the best out there
for weight loss because of the yohimbe HCL and the other
ingredients, not just the ephedra. I must say that I didn't
get the jitters that I got from Stacker 2 or Xenadrine.
I tried both and really got hyper and jittery, as well as
a nauseous stomach. I am sure it would have been something
to get use to but I didn't want to try. I think because
there was less ephedra in a serving it was less "caustic".
I changed over to the ephedra free about 35 pounds into
my weight loss and while I dont have the "burn"
that I had with ephedra, I have managed to lose a few more
pounds. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those
that are trying to lose weight. They seem to have an effect
on the appetite but not a drastic one. I dont get the jitters
if I take them and wind up not exercising. I wake up every
morning at 5:15 and
take two. Then I get back up at 5:45 and work out. There
are times that my son keeps me from exercising and I wind
up having them in me without the burning off. I dont feel
much difference. I do notice I might be a little wired in
the morning if I haven't worked out but I dont get the jitters
or anything.
Now understand, I only take the two in the morning. I dont
take the ones in the afternoon that are recommended. I use
to be afraid I wouldn't sleep at night and I find that they
work just fine with the two in the mornings. I guess I would
see more results if I took the "4 per day" they
recommend but I am fine as is.
